Contract Type: Civil Law Contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Work Schedule:
  • Floating days off, with an expected workload of 180 - 200 hours per month.

Note: This position is intended for candidates who are already residing in Europe and possess a valid Category D driver's license (issued before September 2008).

Requirements

  • Valid Category D driver's license (must have been issued before September 2008).
  • Proficiency in stress management, enabling effective performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving buses (12 m in length) is preferred but not obligatory.
  • Theoretical and practical exams will be administered by MPK, with tests available in Russian.
  • The full set of documents required to commence employment will typically be completed within 5-10 days.

Bonuses

  • Option to acquire mini-casco insurance for damages up to 30,000 PLN, at a monthly rate of 145 PLN.
  • Employer reimbursement of 950 PLN for obtaining the Code 95 after 6 months of employment.
  • Monetary assistance available for producing necessary documents such as psychological tests and medical books, totaling 1100 PLN (includes Code 95 and plastic certificate card production).

  • Expected monthly salary range: 5600 - 6260 PLN net.
  • Assistance in scheduling occupational health check-ups and organizing psychological tests.
  • Additional +1 PLN per hour for candidates who arrange their own housing.
  • Comfortable lodging in shared apartments (3-4 people) equipped with necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi.
    - Monthly cost: 650 PLN (deducted from salary).
    - A security deposit of 200 PLN is required upon check-in, refundable after 30 working days.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers on designated routes throughout the city.
  • Communicate any route-related challenges to supervisory staff, including vehicle defects or damages.
  • Provide assistance and support to passengers as needed, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
